Zeskantige, conische fles met smalle hals met op voorzijde een grote siervogel (mogelijk een pauw) met waaiervormige staart, staande op rots met bloeiende bloemen en struiken en aan de keerzijde decoratie van bloesemtakken in Kakiemon-stijl.
