Zoutvat. Zout was een basis ingrediënt aangezien peper en andere specerijen erg duur waren. De vorm van het zoutvat is afkomstig van de 16de eeuwse zilveren exemplaren toen 'de zout in de pap' nog een zeer kostbare zaak was.

The Museum Prinsenhof Delft is temporarily closed for renovation and refurbishment.
